Annie's been having diarrhea pretty bad so I decided to apply some of that wonderful nursing knowledge that I learned in school--I put her on the BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. I explained the diet to her yesterday morning and she, in her three year old wisdom, decided that would be a good idea. I gave her a banana and toast for breakfast and tried to fit in the other things throughout the day.
Last night, as Mason was tucking her into bed, he came out looking a little perplexed. "Annie just told me she needs a banana for her bottom".
That needed a little explaining.
